product marketer, storyteller, community builder

Hi! I’m Rachel. I help mission-driven companies find their voice, their market, and their people at the intersection of product, brand, and community.
I enjoy working with brands to tell stories about purpose-driven products, solve creative problems, and build engaged communities.
I currently lead product marketing for DaySmart’s recreation division, overseeing three leading SaaS platforms — Sawyer, TeamUp, and Dash — that power scheduling, registration, reporting, and CRM for thousands of fitness, recreation, and children’s activity businesses. It’s the fifth organization where I’ve built product marketing from the ground up — developing scalable systems, go-to-market playbooks, and strong cross-functional cohesion.
I am also the founder of StoryTell, a 700+ person community that hosts IRL events to help New Yorkers build empathy, belonging, and connection through personal storytelling.
As a leader, writer, and speaker, I’m passionate about exploring where technology meets humanity — and how we build for growth and belonging.
